These stainless steel plates are designed to repair damaged side tab attachment holes for the OEM Toyota Highlander / Kluger 2nd generation XU40 (2010 - 2013) front bumper.
To install, simply sand down & clean surfaces on the damaged bumper tabs and the repair plates. Then simply glue the plates in place. Apply evenly spread pressure with clamps whilst it’s drying.
