Terms and Conditons
JT Spec products are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are performed at the customer's own risk. JT Spec holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical, or other failure when using an aftermarket performance product, and expressly denies such responsibility. JT Spec makes no representations and assumes no responsibility for the legality of such items. Products sold for off-road use may be illegal in some states and provinces, and are intended for vehicles which may never be used on a public road.
1.1. Agreement to Terms
1.1.1 By placing an order with JT SPEC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1.1.2 These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, online store, or any other sales channel operated by JT SPEC.
1.2. Made-to-Order Products
1.2.1 All products sold by JT SPEC are manufactured on a made-to-order basis.
1.2.2 Each product is produced specifically for the individual customer after an order is placed. Because of this, products cannot be restocked or resold once production has begun.
1.3. Immediate Production
1.3.1 Production begins immediately once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed. JT SPEC offers express shipping services so priority is put on completing orders as soon as possible for customer satisfaction.
1.3.2 By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that manufacturing may begin immediately after the order is received.
1.4. Order Cancellations
1.4.1 Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and the immediate commencement of production:
-Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
-Cancellation requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of JT SPEC. Cancellation may be requested by email. Please note, at peak periods, email replies may take 2-5 business days.
1.4.2 Approval of a cancellation is not guaranteed and may be refused if production has already begun.
1.5. Refund Policy
1.5.1 As all products are custom manufactured for each order, we do not accept refunds or returns for the following reasons:
-Change of mind
-Incorrect selections made by the customer.
-Customer preference or dissatisfaction unrelated to a defect
-Shipping delays outside of our control
1.5.2 Refunds or other resolutions may only be issued at the sole discretion of JT SPEC.
1.6. Faulty or Defective Products
1.6.1 If a product arrives faulty or defective due to a manufacturing issue, the customer must notify JT SPEC within 7 days of delivery through email.
1.6.2 If the fault is confirmed, a replacement product will be provided at no additional cost.
1.6.3 To verify the issue, we may request:
-Photos or videos of the product
-Additional details about the problem
-Return of the product for inspection (if necessary and agreed upon)
1.6.4 Refunds will generally not be provided for faulty items, and a free replacement will be issued instead.
1.6.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
1.6.6 It is the responsibility of the customer to analyse the photos shown on JT SPEC product listings and make their own judgement if the general shape of the product shown, matches the needs of their application. Depending on the geographical origins of the customer's car, some countries may of produced unique car models different to other countries. Some countries may of also produced exclusive car models and therefore the customer must refer to the photos that JT SPEC offers to ensure it is the right fit for them prior to placing an order. Emailing to confirm car fitment is encouraged if the customer is unsure.
1.7. Shipping and Delivery
1.7.1 Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules, courier services, and external circumstances.
1.7.2 Once an item has been shipped, JT SPEC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
1.7.3 Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been dispatched. Although assistance and guidance will be offered if requested through email.
1.7.4 Estimated shipping times refers to the estimated time frame of the shipping duration and does not include manufacturing time.
1.8. Customer Responsibility
1.8.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
-All information provided during checkout is accurate
-Shipping addresses are correct
-The ordered product is suitable for their intended use
1.8.2 JT SPEC is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
1.9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
1.9.1 By placing an order with JT SPEC, the customer agrees to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
1.9.2 If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, JT SPEC reserves the right to submit the following evidence to the payment provider:
-Order confirmation records
-Customer agreement to these Terms and Conditions
-Shipping and delivery confirmation
-Customer communications
-Production records and documentation
1.9.3 Initiating a chargeback after a made-to-order product has already entered production or has been shipped may be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
1.10. Limitation of Liability
1.10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, JT SPEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
-Loss of profits
-Loss of use
-Installation or labour costs
-Any damages resulting from misuse or improper installation of the product
1.11. Acceptance of Terms
1.11.1 By placing an order with JT SPEC, the customer confirms that they:
-Understand that products are made-to-order
-Acknowledge that production begins immediately after purchase
-Accept that orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded unless product received is incorrect or faulty.

2.1 Terms and Conditions – Custom Work Requested by Customers.
2.1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern all custom work orders placed with JT SPEC. By proceeding with a custom order for a product that JT SPEC does not currently offer, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
2.2. Custom Work Definition
Custom work refers to any product or service that is made, modified, or designed specifically to meet the customer’s individual requirements, specifications, or measurements.
2.3. Customer Responsibilities
2.3.1 The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required to complete the custom work.
2.3.2 This includes, but is not limited to, measurements, dimensions, specifications, drawings, and intended use.
2.3.3 The customer agrees to cooperate fully and provide any additional information or clarification requested during the design or production process.
2.4. Accuracy of Information
2.4.1 All custom work is produced based on the information supplied by the customer.
2.4.2 The customer acknowledges that any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided may affect the final product.
2.5. Product Fitment and Suitability
2.5.1 JT SPEC will not be held responsible for any fitment issues, incompatibilities, or performance problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
2.5.2 Any modifications or remakes required due to incorrect customer-provided information may incur additional costs.
2.6. Approval Process
2.6.1 Where applicable, the customer will be provided with drawings, mock-ups, or specifications for approval prior to production.
2.6.2 Approval constitutes acceptance of all dimensions and details shown.
2.6.3 Once approval is given, JT SPEC is not liable for any errors that were present in the approved materials.
2.7. Changes and Revisions
2.7.1 Requests for changes after approval or during production may not be possible or may result in additional charges and delays.
2.7.2 JT SPEC reserves the right to determine whether requested changes can be accommodated.
2.8. Returns and Refunds
2.8.1 Due to the custom nature of the work, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
2.8.2 Claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt of the product.
2.9. Limitation of Liability
2.9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, JT SPEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of custom products.
2.9.2 Liability is strictly limited to the value of the product supplied.
2.10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for custom work, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
