Shipping

Our products may take up to 10 days to process prior to shipping using Australia post. As a small business, we create our products in house and on demand. This allows us to take on custom jobsOnce your order is ready, your tracking information will be sent to your email. Please also look out for this email in your junk mail. If you have not received your tracking email after 10 days, contact us at contact@jtspec.com.au. 

 

"It has been a while and I have yet to receive my order" 

If you have received an email from us saying your item has been shipped, the quickest way to get an update on your order is to contact your country's postal courier service. Please provide them your tracking number that we give you.

For example, if you live in Australia, please use Australia post's tracking services on their website to get the latest updates on your order. If you wish to call them, their number is 13 13 18.

For USA customers, please contact USPS.

For UK customers, please contact Royal Mail.

 

Local Pick up

Collection is available in our location in Mirrabooka, WA. Following placement of your order, we will contact you to arrange collection and avoid shipping fees. Alternatively, contact us via email (contact@jtspec.com.au) or on Instagram (@jtspec) to organise local pick up.
