These stainless steel plates are designed to repair damaged side tab attachment holes for the OEM S2000 AP1/AP2 rear bumper.
There are 2 versions to select from. A longer repair plate which repairs all 3 rectangular holes along the entire length of the rear bumper side tabs (1st photo), or the shorter version that repairs only the 2 rectangular holes closest to the wheels (Last 2 photos).
To install, simply sand down & clean surfaces on the damaged bumper tabs and the repair plates. Then simply glue the plates in place. Apply evenly spread pressure with clamps whilst it’s drying.
It is recommended for maximum strength, that the plates are installed underneath the OEM bumper tabs.
Recommended adhesive: JB Weld Plastic Bonder 25mL Black 50139.
