These stainless steel plates are designed to repair damaged side tab attachment holes for the OEM 2004-2007 Toyota Corolla (ZZE122R 5Y) Ascent sedan front bumper.
To install, simply sand down & clean surfaces on the damaged bumper tabs and the repair plates. Then simply glue the plates in place. Apply evenly spread pressure with clamps whilst it's drying.
